Traditionally, August is supposed to be a  quiet month for corporate action and news flow. Perhaps someone should remind Andrew Bell, since Red Rock Resources (LON:RRR) seems to be releasing news to the market thick and fast; with activities right across the board ploughing on, regardless of the prevailing holiday season.

Not that investors will be complaining, as the old adage “Sell in May and go away, come back on St Legers day”, seems less appropriate in the resource sector these days. The Company also gained a mention in a Rare Earths Investment Extra in Saturday's Daily Mail.

On Wednesday 18th August, the Company updated the market on operations in Columbia and Kenya and provided details of progress from Jupiter Mines and Resource Star in Australia. Following this up swiftly on Thursday with news of a JORC compliant indicated resource at the Macalder tailing at the Migori gold project.

In this MiningMaven podcast interview, Andrew Bell expands on the significance of the latest developments. We hope you enjoy listening!
